Sarah Nicholls

Previously Deputy Manager Youth Worker from 2016, Sarah became Youth Club Manager in 2019 with responsibility for the youth programme and youth workers and reports to Annette. Sarah was an experienced Teaching Assistant who has worked with young people aged 3-19 years in an autism specialist school implementing the national curriculum and promoting physical, emotional and social development. As well as specialising in art, being a mental health first aider and qualified in advanced child protection awareness, in 2018 she achieved the Level 3 Diploma in Youth Work Practice through YMCA George Williams College. In January 2022 Sarah successfully completed her degree in Children, Young People and Families –Youth Work, Community Learning and Development and Social Pedagogy. Since Febryary 2023, Sarah has taken over as the Club's CEO.
